GO, and everything around it
- sequences with GO, back, go to cue, pause; several sequences in parallel;
- per cue: fade in and fade out, delay, colour time, movement time (position and zoom), and a wave: fixtures start one after another, left to right on the plot;
- GO, Follow, Wait, Timecode (internal, LTC, MIDI, ArtTimeCode) and Time of day (on chosen days) triggers;
- a cue can also fire actions picked from a list: GO another sequence, stop a sequence, set a fader to a level;
- automatic move in black, can be turned off per cue;
- duplicate cues, reorder them by dragging, always numbered 1, 2, 3.
The benefit of tracking, without the trap
When updating a scene, Halyx offers: "Also in the following cues, as long as they had the same values". You fix a colour across ten cues in one gesture, but every cue stays complete and readable.
48 faders, Grand Master, Blackout
A bank of 48 faders (scenes, groups, sequences in Crossfade mode for theatre), a Speed fader for effects or a sequence, the Grand Master and a hold-to-trigger Blackout. Fader buttons can Flash, Solo, Temp and Top. Faders move relatively: touching them never makes their value jump.
Undo, always
Undo / Redo over 100 named steps, every programmer gesture included, without ever stopping what is playing. The label tells you what will be undone ("Undo: New scene").
