This English version is a translation provided for convenience only. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.

This notice is given pursuant to French Law No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy (Loi pour la confiance dans l'économie numérique, “LCEN”). It applies to the Halyx software and to its legal documents, available in the software (Settings › Legal documents), and to the Halyx website, where these documents are also published.

To report a security vulnerability, write to the same address, contact@halyxapp.com, following the Halyx security policy (Settings › Legal documents).

5. Intellectual property

5.1. The Halyx software, its texts, interfaces, graphics and logos belong to the publisher or are used with the consent of their owners. “Halyx” is the trade name used by the publisher.

5.2. Any reproduction, representation or adaptation of all or part of these elements without the publisher's prior written consent is prohibited. It may constitute an infringement punishable under the French Intellectual Property Code.

5.3. Use of the Halyx software is governed by its end-user licence agreement, available in Settings › Legal documents.

5.4. Halyx includes free and open-source components. Their authors and licences are listed on the “Third-party licences” page, available in Settings › Legal documents. These components remain subject to their own licences.

5.5. Third-party product names and trade marks mentioned in the software or in its documents belong to their owners. They are mentioned only to indicate compatibility.

6. Personal data and cookies

6.1. The processing of personal data is described in the Halyx privacy policy, available in Settings › Legal documents.

6.2. The software uses only cookies or trackers that are strictly necessary for it to work. It uses no advertising, no audience measurement and no tracking. No consent is therefore requested for these cookies. The Halyx website sets no cookies and uses no trackers: only its Account area keeps the sign-in session and the country chosen for prices in the browser's storage, which is strictly necessary for the service requested.

6.3. Halyx sends error reports to help us fix the software. It tells you about them on first launch, and you can turn them off then or at any time in Settings. Their content is described in the privacy policy.

7. Links

The software and its documents may contain links to third-party websites, for example the payment page of our payment service provider. The publisher does not control the content of these websites and is not responsible for it.
